How can I watch on my TV, Smart TV or ROKU?
We normally suggest watching the event on another device like your computer, which in turn you can connect via a cable to your TV using an HDMI or wirelessly to a Smart TV via either Mirror Cast, Screen Sharing or any other wireless or wired connection method that your devices support.

Can I watch on a second device using the same account?
Unfortunately not. For this event the livestream access tickets are linked to the account you set up on tsolivestream.com and only one device can be logged in to watch the livestream at a time. If you login to a second device you will automatically be logged out.

Why isn’t my TSE Fan Club Login working?
Since we’re running this event on our livestream partner’s system (TourGigs), everyone is required to sign up for a new account on tsolivestream.com to order bundles and access the livestream.=
The login on tsolivestream.com is not connected to our TSE Fan Club membership and you won’t be able to access the livestream with your TSE username and password.

Where and how do I watch the show?
You will view the live stream event on the same page that livestream access tickets are available for purchase - tsolivestream.com=
On this page you will log in using the same account that you used when purchasing your live stream ticket - please note this is different from your trans-siberian.com fan club account if you are also a TSO fan club member - and watch the live stream on that same page.

Is this a recurring charge?
No, this is a one-time purchase only. Some banks incorrectly report it as a recurring charge. Your charge will be coming from our partner TourGigs, LLC on your statement.
Can I buy tickets for a friend?
Unfortunately, not anymore - Gift Tickets for this event were only available through Sunday, December 13. We are not able to offer this shareable ticket during the week of the event.
When does the show start?
The show will begin at 8pm EST on Friday, December 18th. Virtual Doors, however, will open at 7:30pm EST and will include exclusive pre-show footage. Please log on at least 15 minutes before 8pm to make sure your video, audio and internet connection is working for the show. Can I watch the stream on-demand after it premieres? For how long?
Yes! All fans who purchase a virtual ticket before 8pm on December 18th will have until 11:59pm on Sunday, December 20th to watch (either live at the time of premiere or on-demand afterwards). If a purchase is made anytime after the stream premieres, you will still have until 11:59pm on Sunday, December 20th to watch the recording as many times as you would like.
When will I get my t-shirt?
If you wish to receive your shirt in time for the live stream premiere, you must purchase before December 1st.
Where do I enter my T-Shirt shipping info?
You can double-check we have your correct shipping information in the “My Details” section of your account. To access, please login to the show page and click on the red and white Bolt account icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page and then click “My Details”. The shipping form will come up.
Where can I buy a T-Shirt bundle if I live outside of the United States?
All non-US/international customers can purchase their T-Shirt on our TSO store site. The Internationals T-Shirt button above this section will link you directly to the store.
Is this part my Trans-Siberian Express fan club membership?
No, this event is separate from the fan club account. You do not need to be a member of the Trans-Siberian Express fan club to enjoy the live stream, but if you’d like to receive up to date and exclusive news and content, you can join (it’s free!) here!
